Brother Bros Shows / Brent
Boehler Shows History
Brother Bros Shows was established
in 1993. Brent Boehler had already served 11 years as a professional
musician and was looking for new venues to perform. His children were
toddlers then and Brent starting making up songs and singing for them.
The kids loved his songs so naturally Brent ventured into family
entertainment completely removing himself from the bar scene.
Brent
re-located to Nanaimo in 1984 and attended Malaspina College/University
where he earned a diploma in music and made the Dean’s List.
Brent brought back an old friend,
relative and very talented musician to accompany on his new journey.
Bruce Boehler, Brent’s younger brother, and Brent had performed together
in 1982 in a musical duo entitle “The
Beeler Brothers.” They performed for several years traveling Western
Canada.

Brent
and Bruce started performing original music for families and also
performed other acts such as magic, balloon animals, and ventriloquism
with Woofy the Dog. The act was called, “The Brother Brothers Travilin’
Family Show.” More photos click

The brothers went their separate
ways after a few years and Brent continued with Brother Bros Shows
incorporating other entertaining services such as Comedy Character
Balloon Deliveries, adult comedy-roast shows and Brent & Woofy.
Brent’s musical career took a turn
in 1993 when Brent, an accomplished song writer, turned his focus on
writing kids and family songs. He has recorded several
CDs for
families.
Brent started writing songs when he
was 13 years old and continues creating music to this day. He
performs as Brent Beeler in public venues.
In the fall of 2008 the name was changed from Brother Bros Shows to
Brent Boehler Shows
